Please clearly indicate the name of the the CD you are ordering, the quantity, and your address (where we should send the CD). If you wish, include an email address or a telephone number where we can reach you to confirm the order. If you would like your order sent by a method other than US Mail or Canada Post, please email or call to determine the shipping fee.

If you buy more than one CD and you live in North America, the mail order price is $12 U.S. or $18 Canadian per CD including shipping/handling.

If you live outside of North America, your order will be sent by air mail but please add an additional shipping and handling charge of $6.00 U.S. for one CD + $2.00 U.S. for each additional CD. Thank you.
